5. RETURN SHIPPING

For eligible returns by mail, Brim Blvd will provide an authorized prepaid return shipping label.

A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund when the prepaid return label is used. This fee is charged once per return, regardless of the number of eligible items included in the return.

The $10 return shipping fee is waived if Brim Blvd determines that the item arrived damaged or defective, or that an incorrect item was sent.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

7. RETURN INSPECTION

Once your return is received, we will inspect the item to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements described in this policy.

If the return is approved, the applicable refund will be issued to your original payment method, less the $10 return shipping fee when applicable and any other adjustments expressly described in this policy.

If there is an issue with the condition or eligibility of your return, we may contact you using the information associated with your order.

8. REFUNDS

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

When Brim Blvd’s prepaid return label is used, a flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund unless the return resulted from an item that arrived damaged or defective, or an incorrect item being sent.

Refunds are issued only after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected.

After we issue a refund, please allow approximately 5–10 business days for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.

Processing times may vary by financial institution and are outside Brim Blvd’s control once the refund has been submitted.
